Solemnity of the Annunciation   

And the angel said to her, 'Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God' (Luke 1:30)

The Institute of the Incarnate Word celebrated the Mass of the Solemnity of the Annunciation of the Lord in New York at St. Paul's Church on Monday the 26th of March marking the Institute's 23rd anniversary.

His Eminence Edward Michael Cardinal Egan, Archbishop of New York, presided at the Mass which was attended by most of the priests, deacons, seminarians and sisters from the province of the Immaculate Conception along with a large number of 3rd order members and parishioners.  A reception immediately followed the Mass where we were able to celebrate in a joyful spirit what we are eternally grateful for, the Virgin's holy and perfect YES to God!

We thank God for all the blessings received in our province and in our Religious Family and look forward to the years to come with great joy!
